There has been a significant rise in the number of employment disputes in recent years and we believe in the important role that Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") has to play. Methods such as conciliation and mediation can be very effective in helping to resolve even the most complex and acrimonious of employment disputes, whether between an employer and an employee, or an employer and a trade union.

ADR can often bring about a speedy resolution to an employment matter quickly with little cost, and without the involvement of the Workplace Relations Commission ("WRC") or the Courts. This also means that relationships are better preserved between disputing parties once the matter is amicably concluded.

Where conciliation and mediation is not possible or not successful, we will manage any complaints referred to the WRC or the Labour Court.
