Grace Molloy is a Solicitor in the Medical Negligence & Personal Injury Team at Lavelle Partners.
She is experienced in handling a wide variety of cases at both High Court and Circuit Court jurisdiction. Grace is well versed in assisting people with an array of matters, including birth injuries and associated trauma, delayed or missed diagnosis, complex spinal and orthopedic injuries, traumatic brain and vascular injuries, hip surgery injuries, surgical negligence, sepsis and fatal injuries.
Grace has also achieved a number of successful settlements in relation to road traffic accidents and workplace incidents.
In addition, she is currently advising clients who are survivors of historical sexual abuse experienced in Irish schools nationwide.
