Gríana O’Kelly is a Partner and Head of the Corporate & Commercial Team at Lavelle Partners. She advises Irish and international clients across many sectors on a broad range of corporate M&A transactions including buying and selling companies, debt and equity investment, corporate restructures and joint ventures.
Mergers & Acquisitions Expertise
Gríana has a particular expertise and focus on the healthcare and technology sectors. She is a leading lawyer in Ireland in pharmacy M&A transactions including management buy-outs, first-time pharmacy acquisitions and pharmacy group acquisitions. Gríana has significant experience in advising on nursing home corporate restructuring transactions, exits and provides regulatory advice for a number of nursing homes in Ireland. In the technology sector, she is very active on M&A as well as advising companies on their funding transactions.
Gríana also advises start-up businesses from incorporation, acting for companies in funding transactions, shareholder arrangements and the consolidation of their business. She regularly lectures and coaches start-ups and entrepreneurs including participating in the Tangent and Launchbox programmes in Trinity College Dublin.
