Lavelle Partners advised on the Finance Dublin Mergers & Acquisitions SME Deal of the Year 2022.

Our Corporate Team advised Jarsen Distribution Limited trading as Proline Architectural Hardware and its shareholders in the sale of the company to Grafton Group Plc. The transaction proceeded by way of Share Sale and was completed in early 2021.

The Lavelle Partners team, led by Corporate Partner Gríana O’Kelly and supported by Employment Partner Marc Fitzgibbon, provided advices on all aspects of the sale.
